Vehicle Wrapping

Vehicle wrapping applies cut or digitally printed vinyl to a vehicle's surface, turning it into advertising space. Royal Reklam applies partial and full wraps in Samsun using laminated cast vinyl. Application takes 1–3 days depending on vehicle type and does not damage factory paint.

A commercial vehicle is seen by thousands of people a day. A wrap creates an outdoor advertising surface with no monthly rent — working for years on exactly the routes your customers use.

Material choice is everything. Cheap calendered vinyl shrinks back on curves, fades quickly and lifts paint on removal. We use cast vinyl with a UV-protective laminate, giving 5–7 years of outdoor colour stability and clean, paint-safe removal.

We work at every scale from partial graphics to full wraps. For fleets we build a per-model template so every vehicle carries the logo in exactly the same position — ten vans, one standard.

Highlights

  • Cast vinyl with laminate

Conforms to curves without shrink-back; 5–7 year UV durability.

  • Paint-safe

Heat-assisted removal leaves the factory finish intact — and protected.

  • Fleet consistency

Model-specific templates keep every vehicle identical.

  • Dust-free application

Applied indoors so no bubbles or dust are trapped under the film.

What Determines the Price?

  • Vehicle type and surface area to be covered
  • Partial versus full coverage
  • Film grade — cast costs more than calendered but lasts far longer
  • Number of colours and whether printing is required
  • Curves, recesses and deep channels, which add labour
  • Fleet volume — unit cost falls with quantity

Common questions

The questions we are asked most often before a sign is commissioned, answered plainly.

No. With the right film and removal technique the original paint is unharmed — in fact the film shields it from UV and stone chips. Damage risk comes from cheap calendered film and forced removal.
