Façade Cladding

Façade cladding covers a building's exterior with aluminium composite panel, mesh vinyl or acrylic surfaces to turn it into brand identity. Royal Reklam delivers turnkey façade cladding in Samsun including survey, structural assessment, sub-frame and installation. Typical programmes run 1–4 weeks depending on area.

Façade cladding is the largest-scale work in signage. A tired exterior can become your strongest advertising surface within weeks, given the right material and the right sub-structure.

Aluminium composite panel (ACP) is the most common solution — light, formable and durable. On buildings that fall under fire regulations we specify A2 mineral-filled panel; this is a responsibility we do not treat lightly.

For buildings under construction and temporary campaigns, mesh (perforated) vinyl is preferred. It lets wind through, reducing load on the structure while still reading as a solid image from a distance.

Highlights

  • Engineered sub-frame

Panels mount to an aluminium carcass with thermal expansion gaps, never bonded straight to the wall.

  • A2 fire class available

Mineral-filled, limited-combustibility panel for regulated buildings.

  • Mesh vinyl option

Reduces wind load on temporary and construction-phase installations.

  • Working at height

Cherry pickers and façade scaffold, with insured crews.

What Determines the Price?

  • Sub-frame quantity and condition of the existing wall
  • Height and access method
  • Detailing around windows, corners and sills
  • Whether existing cladding must be stripped first

Common questions

The questions we are asked most often before a sign is commissioned, answered plainly.

A small shopfront takes 3–5 days. A multi-storey façade including sub-frame and scaffold can run 2–4 weeks. The exact programme is confirmed after survey.
